We coordinate vetted accommodation, facilitation and logistics partners across Bali, then hand you one consolidated quote and one point of contact. What is included in a Bali corporate retreat package?
Each tier is built from the same component set, scaled up or down. A standard package covers:
- Accommodation for the program nights (twin-share or single, your choice)
- Dedicated meeting space with projector, screen, flipcharts and stable Wi-Fi
- Facilitation for sessions such as strategy, planning or team-building
- Meals (breakfast daily, working lunches, and dinners per the tier)

How does pricing change with group size and season?
Two factors move your per-person rate more than anything else.
Group size. Venues price meeting space, transport and facilitation more efficiently per head as numbers rise. A group of 8 will pay a noticeably higher per-person rate than a group of 35 at the same hotel, because fixed costs spread across fewer people.
Season. Bali’s high season (roughly July to August and mid-December to early January) carries premium room rates. April to June and September to October generally offer the best value for the same venues.

Are prices final, and what is not included?
No published package price is final until we confirm your dates and headcount in writing. The indicative figures here are honest planning ranges as of June 2026, not quotes. We would rather under-promise on price and confirm a real number than anchor you to something that shifts once a venue checks availability.
Routinely excluded from the per-person rate: international and domestic flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, premium alcohol beyond the stated meal inclusions, and optional excursions. We list every exclusion plainly in your proposal so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
