Questions companies ask first
How far in advance should we book?
Groups of 20–60: three to five months. Under 20: six to twelve weeks. 150+ delegates: 20 weeks or more. Shorter timelines work when dates are fixed.
What group sizes does Bali handle well?
From six-person leadership offsites to 300+ delegate conferences. Villa estates suit 8–40, resorts 40–120 and Nusa Dua convention venues 120–300+.
What is included?
Accommodation, meeting space, facilitation, ground transport including airport transfers, and on-site coordination through vetted local partners.
What is not included?
Flights, visas, travel insurance and personal expenses. Premium speakers, off-island trips and gala production are quoted on top, with no hidden lines.
When is the best weather?
Dry season runs roughly April to October. April, May, September and October balance good weather with better availability.
Who handles transfers and logistics?
We coordinate pickups from Ngurah Rai (DPS), transport between venues and on-site running, with one point of contact throughout.
