Your questions

Planning, answered

We are an independent organizer working through vetted local partners, so these answers reflect how planning works on the ground.

How far in advance should we book a Bali corporate retreat?

For 20 – 60 people, confirm 3 – 5 months ahead. That secures villa or resort blocks, facilitator availability and enough runway for visas and flights. Larger groups and peak dates need longer.

Can it be done on a shorter timeline?

Yes. Retreats have come together in under four weeks when dates were fixed, though venue choice narrows and rush fees may apply.

What group sizes does Bali handle well?

Anything from a 6-person leadership offsite to a 300-plus delegate conference. The venue type changes with headcount: villas, then resorts, then convention spaces.

What does a Bali corporate retreat cost?

Pricing depends on tier, length, season and headcount, plus hotel grade and activity mix. Larger groups lower the per-head cost through shared logistics. We quote per brief, itemized against your real dates and numbers.

When is the best weather window?

April to October is the dry season and the safest window for outdoor team building and reliable transfers. November to March works for indoor-led agendas, with lower rates, thinner crowds and rain mostly in short afternoon bursts.

Do our staff need a visa?

Usually, and the category matters. Leisure trips often use Visa on Arrival or e-VOA; meetings and training can need a business visa. Rules change, so confirm with an Indonesian immigration source or licensed agent close to travel.

Who handles transfers and on-site logistics?

We coordinate the full ground operation through vetted partners: airport meet-and-greet, private coaches, a daily run sheet and an on-site coordinator for groups over 30. You get one point of contact.

How do we get a real quote?

Send draft dates, headcount, departure cities and a rough budget band. A scoped proposal with named venues usually follows within two to three business days. The firmer your dates and numbers, the tighter the quote.

Ground logistics

What we handle, and what we don't

One point of contact instead of separate hotel, transport and activity vendors.

We handle

  • Airport transfers timed to arrivals, with a marshal at DPS
  • Licensed coaches and drivers matched to group size
  • A printed and digital run sheet for every session and move
  • An on-site coordinator and 24-hour contact line
  • A weather backup for every outdoor session

We don't

  • File visas or give immigration advice
  • Own hotels or transport
  • Quote fixed prices before seeing your brief

On visas

We flag the visa category your agenda likely needs and share a documentation checklist for a licensed visa agent.

Paid work for an Indonesian entity is a separate work-permit process. Always verify each traveller's category before travel.
