About Bali Corporate Retreat

An independent Bali corporate retreat organizer

We plan offsites, team-building programs, leadership retreats and incentive trips across Bali, sourcing venues, facilitators, transport and activities through vetted partners.

Our model

A coordinator, not a venue

Many retreat sites are one hotel or one vendor fitting every brief into the rooms they control. We start from your objective and build around it.

  • Objective first — your goal, headcount and budget set the shortlist.
  • Any venue — we recommend the best fit, even with no commercial tie to it.
  • Project manager — we coordinate suppliers; we do not own resorts or sell one desk.
A coordinator, not a venue

Vetted partners

Four checks before a partner enters a proposal

We keep a working roster of partners we have used, inspected, or both, and match each brief to the ones that fit it.

  1. 01

    Capacity fit

Plenary size, breakouts and dining format in the real room layouts.

  2. 02

    Operational reliability

Group track record, response time and contingency handling.

  3. 03

    Licensing and safety

Permits, insured equipment and trained guides, above all for water activities.

  4. 04

    Commercial transparency

Clear pricing, honest availability, no surcharges after you commit.

Who does what

How responsibilities split

One accountable coordinator for you; the rooms, boats, buses and meals stay with licensed operators who do that work full-time.

The planning desk

A Bali-based coordinator is accountable for what we publish.

Our desk is led by a MICE and hospitality coordinator who reviews the guidance on this site and sets the supplier standards partners are held to.

A typical engagement

From discovery call to delivery

Specific stages, so finance and HR teams can plan around them.

  1. Discovery call

Headcount, dates, objective and a working budget range.

  2. Concept and shortlist

Within a few working days, two to three venue and program options, priced and date-stamped.

  3. Refinement

We adjust the agenda, swap suppliers and confirm what is firm versus subject to availability.

  4. Contracting

Bookings are made with partners; payment terms are stated upfront.

  5. Delivery

A coordinator is reachable throughout the program for changes and problems.

Budgets move with season, venue tier and activity mix, so every quote is itemized against your brief.

Honest scope

What we do, and what we do not promise

If Bali is not the right call for a brief, or a cheaper agenda would serve your goal as well, we will say so.

What we do

  • Plan and coordinate offsites, retreats and incentive trips
  • Build each proposal around your objective, headcount and budget
  • Book vetted, licensed third-party venues and operators
  • Date-stamp the pricing and capacities we cite
  • Plan contingencies and stay reachable during the program

What we do not promise

  • Guaranteed business outcomes such as fixing culture or retention
  • Invented reviews, star ratings, awards or certifications
  • Ownership of the venues and operators we book
  • Control over weather, regulation or supplier issues

Headcount, dates and objective, plus a rough budget if you have one. No hard sell, no obligation.
